Dr. Alvarez completed her residency at the The Catholic Medical Center of Brooklyn and Queens. She earned her MD in 1990 from SUNY Syracuse and her Bachelor's Degree from The Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education. She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
