As a clinical pharmacist of Vibra Hospital of San Diego, Dr. Deitz specializes in clinical pharmacy. He is responsible for providing administrative management and clinical pharmacy dispensary services for the entire hospital, as well as managing and guiding a team of 10 pharmacists and technicians, training staff in the provision of exemplary treatment and patient care services, and ensuring that the appropriate health care and pharmaceutical treatments are rendered for each patient. He became involved in his profession because he was inspired by his mother to pursue a career in health care.
Dr. Deitz received a Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of the Pacific in 2006. He is a member of the American Society of Health Pharmacists, AAH, and ASP. In years to come, he intends to remain dedicated to his career, manage his time effectively to assure beneficial clinical outcomes, and assume clinical management duties in the health care field.
