With nearly three decades of professional experience, Ms. Moeller's career entails setting standards in education. She serves as the managing director of Innovative Learning LLC, a consultancy and online learning company dedicated to delivering cost effective, quality, research-based education. Ms. Moeller holds a bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences from The University of Houston and a master's degree in clinical psychology from Antioch University. She started her career in the developmental disability field, specifically with autism, then moved into the clinical direction and that evolved into quality management. She saw a need for training issues and improved services, and thus began her work with Innovative Learning LLC. Ms. Moeller, who possesses expertise in quality indicators, serves as a board internal reviewer for the California Commission on Teaching Credentialing. Her professional affiliations include the Association for Behavior Analysis International, International Association for Continuing Education and Training, and Council on Standards Development. She also volunteers with the Hacienda O'Holland Animal Care Foundation.
