On Wednesday, February 1, 2012 from 6-7PM the women of Great Bay Doulas will be providing a free workshop at Healing Hands Chiropractic called: Planning for Birth and Baby. Raffle prizes and snacks will be provided.

Learn to become an empowered "birth consumer". There are a lot of very important choices available to you for birth whether you choose to birth at home, at a free standing birth center or in the hospital. Come learn about your options for birth, how and why to create a birth plan, the importance of support during and after birth, and how to be prepared for the huge changes of life with a newborn.
